Kindly review and comprehend these terms and conditions thoroughly prior to confirming your travel arrangement with us. Our utmost priority is to guarantee a seamless journey and deliver top-notch services, ensuring your trip with us becomes an unforgettable and extraordinary experience.


To book your trip with us, first check the tour availability and select the activity you want, then make your booking. We will then review your booking and provide a tour description. Once we have agreed on the details, a deposit of 25% of the total cost of the trip is required.

Customers can make travel reservations by phone, WhatsApp or email. The reservation will be confirmed by us in writing and an invoice will be issued. We will not be responsible for any discrepancy or incorrect information provided by the client. It is the client’s responsibility to review and verify the order confirmation letter.


The customer will receive an invoice for the services ordered after the order has been confirmed by us. Payment must be made before the due date stated on the invoice. If the deposit is not received by Bajo Explore on the due date, the reservation will be automatically cancelled. Deposit payments indicate that the client has read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Clients can make bill payments through the Bajo Explore bank account or transfer using the TransferWise application (USD, Euro, IDR), or cash. Any bank fees or additional fees caused by currency differences are to be paid by the client. The client will receive a voucher for all travel services and a due date for any remaining invoices. We need to receive the remaining bill 1 week before the travel date. For orders placed less than 1 week before the travel date, the client can pay off the entire travel costs one day before the trip starts.


Customers can cancel their orders at any time by communicating with us. The tour package fee that has been received is non-refundable unless the customer changes the trip schedule in the same year.


Due to weather and sea conditions or force majeure beyond our control, we may need to cancel the tour with or without prior notice.

  • If we cancel the tour prior to departure, a full refund of the total amount paid will be issued. The client will not be entitled to compensation for lost tours.
  • If the ongoing tour is disrupted by circumstances beyond our control, a refund will be given based on a reasonable proportion of the tour cost.
  • If there are major changes to the tour prior to departure, the client has the option of accepting the changes and alternative arrangements with or without compensation, or canceling the tour and receiving a full refund, including the price difference.



Clients must have appropriate travel insurance to participate in our organized tours. We does not provide any insurance. It is the client’s responsibility to arrange their own insurance at a reasonable cost to cover medical expenses incurred due to illness or accident during the trip, and lost vacation money through holiday cancellations and deductions for insurable reasons.
